Delete in the app

Open The Formula Shop app → Account → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account. We'll send a one-time code to confirm it's you.

Don't have the app?

Email info@theformulashop.com from the email address or phone number on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile
• Contact details
• Saved addresses
• Wishlist
• Quiz answers
• Review photos
• Formula Wallet (any balance is forfeited)

What we keep

• Records of orders you've placed, with your name and contact details removed, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires
• Reviews you've written stay up without your name
• Support conversations, for up to 12 months
