• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Settings → Delete account), or by emailing info@theformulashop.com from the email address or phone number on your account.

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and complete.
• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
• Shipping costs and timelines are displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Please review our Return Policy for detailed information.
• Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection.

9. Reviews and User Content

• You can post reviews, ratings and photos ("User Content") on The Formula Shop website and app. By posting, you confirm that it is your own honest opinion and does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
• We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, misleading or spam, or that shares someone else's personal information.
• Every review is checked before it is published. We may refuse, edit or remove any User Content, and suspend or close the account of anyone who breaks these rules.
• To report a review, use the Report option on it in the app, or email info@theformulashop.com. We act on every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules. You can also block a reviewer in the app so you no longer see their reviews.
• By posting User Content, you give The Formula Shop a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it on our website, app and marketing channels in connection with the product.
