Shipping and Delivery

At The Formula Shop, we are committed to getting your personal care formulas to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping and delivery terms before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates & Timelines

• We currently ship within India only.
• Orders are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered within 3–7 days of dispatch.
• Prepaid orders of ₹499 or more ship free.
• Orders below ₹499 have a ₹100 shipping charge, and Cash on Delivery is not available for them.
• Cash on Delivery orders of ₹499 or more have a ₹100 charge.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather or courier delays).

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

4. Delivery Attempts

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
• If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees will apply.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and products.
• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
