At The Formula Shop, we want you to feel confident when shopping for your personal care formulas. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.
• Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care products, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived damaged.
• The product is defective.

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, photos, and a brief explanation.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts.
