Cancellation and Refund

At The Formula Shop, we want you to feel confident when shopping for your personal care formulas. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed or processed.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care products, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived damaged.
• The product is defective.

To Request a Return

Important: if the order has already been shipped, returns cannot be requested, except where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification by our team.

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue.
• Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts.
• Gift cards or vouchers.
• Orders that have already been shipped, except in cases of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product as verified by our team.
• COD orders, which cannot be cancelled once confirmed or processed.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, arrange the appropriate resolution.
